Returns & Refunds
For a return, the item must be an incorrect item. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for damage on delivery from a service provider. However, we ask that you still contact us so we can help in other ways.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped. All orders are sent with a tracking number, so for any questions on delivery status please contact the delivery service provider. NO refunds will be permitted for late deliveries.
If the item you have received is not the right size, we ask that you pay for the return shipping . After inspecting the item we will send the alternate size (if available) free of charge.
